At Ninja, we deliberately choose to serve a small, authentic menu. Everything we serve is freshly made or baked in our restaurant throughout the day.
We do not use sugars, preservatives, salts or any other additives, only Himalayan salt. Everything is homemade, from the sourdough bread to the dips.
We grill Marinated beef combined with veal & lamb, on a vertical meat skewer over an open oak wood fire. In a traditional Turkish stone oven, we bake authentic Lavash flatbreads and serve it accompanied by fresh lettuce and fries fried in beef fat.
At Ninja, we intentionally bake sourdough bread because it contains more B-vitamins, facilitates better mineral absorption, helps control blood sugar levels, and is also beneficial for the digestive system.
